En fortsat positiv udvikling i den underliggende drift i både Privat og Erhverv sikrer en stærk afslutning på strategiperioden

Forsikringsresultatet for 4. kvartal 2025 blev et overskud på 521 mio. kr. (4. kvt. 2024: 440 mio. kr.) svarende til en combined Ratio på 82,4 (84,5), drevet af en positiv udvikling i Privat
Forsikringsindtægterne steg med 4,6 % til 2.976 mio. kr. (2.845 mio. kr.) drevet af en præmievækst i Privat på 9,8%
Den udiskonterede underliggende skadeprocent faldt med 3,0 %-point til 60,8 (63,8), drevet af en positiv udvikling i både Privat og Erhverv, som følge af effekten af lønsomhedsforbedrende initiativer og høstede synergier
Omkostningsprocenten faldt til 17,1 (18,0), hvilket afspejler målet om at nedbringe de forsikringsmæssige driftsomkostninger
Implementeringen af synergiinitiativerne fulgte planen og havde i kvartalet en positiv regnskabsmæssig effekt på 164 mio. kr. (4. kvt. 2024: 138 mio. kr.)
Tilfredsstillende investeringsresultat på 73 mio. kr. (74 mio. kr.)
Det samlede resultat før skat blev et overskud på 440 mio. kr. (289 mio. kr.)

Resultatet for året 2025

Forsikringsresultatet for 2025 blev 1.913 mio. kr. (2024: 1.443 mio. kr.) svarende til en Combined Ratio på 83,7 (87,0), som følge af en forbedret underliggende skadeprocent og omkostningsprocent
Forsikringsindtægterne steg 6,4 % til 11,790 mio. kr. (11,083 mio. kr.), særligt drevet af en positiv vækst i Privat på 9,7 %, mens det fortsatte fokus på lønsomhed blandt større erhvervskunder, medførte en mere moderat vækst i Erhverv på 2,9 %.
Omkostningsprocenten faldt i 2025 til 17,0 (18,3), og fulgte dermed det planlagte forløb
Det samlede resultat før skat og særlige omkostninger for 2025 blev 2.119 mio. kr. (1.747 mio.kr.)
Bestyrelsen indstiller, at der udbetales et ordinært udbytte på 0,66 kr. per aktie for regnskabsåret 2025. Koncernen planlægger derudover at iværksætte et nyt aktietilbagekøbsprogram på 1,5 mia. kr., hvoraf 1,0 mia. kr. er ekstraordinært. Aktietilbagekøbsprogrammet forventes at blive igangsat i løbet af 1. halvår 2026. Således forventer Alm. Brand Group i 2026 at iværksætte en samlet udlodning på 2,4 mia. kr.
Alm. Brand Group har modtaget en tilkendegivelse fra selskabets hovedaktionær, Alm. Brand Foreningen 1792, om at Foreningen agter at deltage pro-rata i aktietilbagekøbet. Foreningen ejer aktuelt 47,4 % af aktierne i Alm. Brand A/S, når der justeres for aktier allerede erhvervet af Alm. Brand A/S til senere annullering.

CEO Rasmus Werner Nielsen udtaler om regnskabet for 4. kvartal:

”Vi har haft et tilfredsstillende 2025, hvor vi har budt mange nye kunder velkommen, og hver dag har hjulpet vores kunder med over tusinde skadesager. Det er helt afgørende for os at være der for kunderne i en tid med stor uro og usikkerhed.

Resultatet for 4. kvartal markerer samtidig en stærk afslutning på hele 2025 med en fortsat markant vækst i Privat, og en positiv udvikling i den underliggende forretning. Det afspejler vores dedikerede arbejde med at blive en mere effektiv og konkurrencedygtig koncern til fordel for vores kunder og aktionærer. Vi har dermed et robust afsæt for vores nye strategiperiode, som sigter mod at udfolde vores fortsat store potentiale, og gøre det endnu mere enkelt at være kunde hos os.

Med Alm. Brand Foreningen 1792 som vores hovedejer betyder vores stærke finansielle resultater samtidig, at foreningen kan uddele midler til gavn for kunderne og samfundet. For 2026 har foreningen givet tilsagn om at geninvestere 185 mio. kr. i Alm. Brand Group, hvoraf vi vil bruge 100 mio. kr. på lanceringen af vores nye loyalitetsprogram. Det skaber ekstra værdi for kunderne, og er med til at styrke koncernens konkurrencekraft yderligere.”
